Our Founder
Grace is the founder and visionary leader of Journey to LiveWell, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities through sustainable wellness initiatives. Through her passion for service, education, and community development, she works to improve the lives of vulnerable families by providing practical resources, skills training, educational support, and health-focused outreach programs.
